Coronavirus Outbreak: Assam Irrigation Department Exam 2020 Postponed

In view of world wide pandemic outbreak of coronavirus, Govt. of Assam has postponed the written test/s to be held for the recruitment of various posts under Irrigation Department, Assam. The said written tests were supposed to be start from March 22, 2020. 

Admit cards for these posts are already released on official website of Irrigation Department, Assam . A notification has been released on official website which reads as follow:

The exam is postponed till further orders to avoid spread of Corona.

However, no new date/s are announced yet.

Earlier on 15th March 2020, Sunday, Assam government has taken a decision that all educational institutions, gyms, swimming pools and cinema halls will remain close till March 29 as a preventive measure to counter the possibility of the outbreak of COVID-19.
