Gauhati University has released a notification for the recruitment of 7 JRF (temporary) posts in the DST-NMHSE funded project titled “Climate change and Sustainability of Agricultural Practices and Livelihoods in the Eastern Himalaya: Case Studies in North-Eastern Region of India” under Department of Economics, Gauhati University.

Educational Qualification: M.A./M.Sc. degree in Geography/ Economics/ Veterinary Science with GATE/NET.
Duration: 3 years

Pay: Rs. 31,000/- per month+ HRA @ 16% for 1st & 2nd year and Rs. 35,000/- per month + HRA @ 16% for the 3rd year
